I had placed an order well in advance for flowers to be delivered for my wife on Christmas Eve. They weren’t delivered and, having had no response when calling their call centre on 29 December, I completed a webticket which was completely ignored. After a week I checked the webticket and was astonished to see it was closed. I phoned again and was reluctantly offered a refund after turning down a replacement delivery. I was advised that non delivery had been due to a “transmission error”, but they didn’t have the decency to contact me about it. It was astonishing that my webticket had been closed with no action having been taken. I asked to talk to a manager but none was available. The call centre said I should send an email to a lady who would respond. But that was over a month ago and she still hasn’t. I will not be using them again and would strongly recommend others to avoid them.
