Possibly the worst example of customer 'service' I've ever experienced. My full order was not delivered, the part that was delivered was so on the wrong day, and they flat out refused me a refund for the part oft he order that they didn't supply. I paid for items that we're not delivered and the 'best' they could do was offer a five pound voucher towards my next order...what next order?! I'd be a fool to use them again. They then closed my complaint without resolving it OR even giving me the voucher! I have seen countless complaints on sites across the internet and only wish I'd researched them before using them. PLEASE don't waste your time or money on iflorist, you will be bitterly disappointed.
