My husband ordered flowers for his mum and I for Mother's Day March 30th 2014, the flowers never turned up, no explanation, no apology, nothing. My husband cannot get hold of anyone via telephone and all post correspondence has been via email.
We are still waiting for a refund on the flowers which were paid for in advance & never received, we have chased the refund up several times only to be told a month later they are 'still processing it' horrendous customer service, extremely disappointed and we want our money back now!
