Ordered flowers for mothers day that were supposed to be delivered with free chocolates. The flowers arrived and were beautiful but the chocolates did not. I emailed them but only received an automated reply saying they would deal with my query as soon as possible. I did not receive any further reply, and the flowers were dead within a week. I emailed them again and still did not receive a reply. Today (25 days later) I finally received a reply offering me a £5 voucher. Unsatisfactory service in my view.
