I sent my daughter flowers to New York. She sent me a picture of them. The flowers were all open (old) and it was the incorrect bouquet. I rang iflorist and they promised to look in to it and reply. After one week of not hearing from them I rang again. I still have not heard from them and it appears that there is nothing I can do. Reading the reviews I should never have used them in the first place.
