Flowers ordered from Germany 10/04 for delivery 11/04 in Australia. 5 emails and 8 phone calls later they have still not been delivered as of 17/04 and no refund either. Appalling company with appalling service. Latest phone calls reveal that delivery should now be made to the billing address... which is UK and currently unoccupied obviously as I am in Germany... they do not listen even when speaking to them on the phone. I have never come across such an incompetant company.
