I live in Australia & ordered flowers for Mothers Day in U.K. The money was deducted from my account - but mum never got her flowers! According to the 'tracking', a delivery was made - totally different order # to mine. My poor mum ( 87yrs old ) got really upset (crying), because she thought I had forgotten! FIVE times I have sent an email to iflorist, NO RESPONSE at all from them. The 'Online Support' is never 'available'. What a disgrace!!! Impossible to get a response from them, tried everything - even Facebook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
