It has been a week since I sent them my first message to Iflorist on their "live support" site and I've had NO RESPONSE - I tried calling and got through to a voicemail telling me to email (i.e., send them a message on their support site which I had already done).

I am completely unsatisfied with the service I received - not only were the flowers supposed to be delivered on Friday 28th delivered on Saturday 29th, but the flowers themselves were in a terrible state when they arrived. The roses were wilted and the lilies were browning - my mum said they are dead now.... I attached photos which were taken on the day the flowers arrived - Saturday 29th March - when the flowers should have been at their best! My mum and I love lilies and they usually last at least a week from purchase so I am completely disappointed that within only minutes of arrival they were looking bad and that within 3 days they were nearly dead and today, 3rd April they are completely dead.

What is with their customer service? On their website they quote: "Our customer service team are available by email around the clock"..."contact us via email or live chat for a fast and efficient response"...and finally "The quickest and easiest way to speak to us is via livechat. We're online around the clock most of the time, so there's always someone waiting to answer your question or facilitate your request".....it's been 5 days!!!!! And NO REPLY!!!!...?!?! And re: the Livechat - there's never been anyone on the Livechat it's always offline!!!

Don't bother with this company - cheaper to ask a local florist to make a bunch and either deliver or pay a local taxi company to collect and deliver it!!!
