DISAPPOINTING MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS - DO NOT USE IFLORIST

Having looked at numerous florist inline companies I chose I florist because of the Mother's Day Sunday delivery and could also have flowers made and delivered from the local florist. I placed two orders onTuesday, one for my mum and the other for mother in law. Paid £50.00 in total. My mother in law received her flowers on Sunday by the local florist with a beautiful arrangement. However I was so sunset when my mum got hers delivered on Saturday by Hermes courier. She was at work (hence the reason I opted for Mother's Day delivery) luckily her neighbour took them in for her. I asked her if she liked them and started rythming of he flowers that should have been in her bouquet to which she stated its a bunch of tulips??!!! My mums bouquet was more expensive than mother in laws yet of such a low standard. I sent her a copy of what I had ordered and she sent a photo of what she received which tulips aren't even in the arrangement I ordered. Very misleading and poor service with low quality goods. Have yet to try and contact the company to complain - wish me luck as I don't think it's going to be straightforward.

Will never use this company again!!!!!!
