I wouldn't even give one star but there isn't an option for zero.
I ordered “ An exclusive collection of bouquets from Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen” thinking such a reputable guy would not put his name to such a dreadful company. I wish I had seen these reports before ordering.
I placed the order on 23rd March for delivery on the 29th March, more than enough time for a delivery. It’s now 11.35pm on Sunday 30th and still no delivery.
They are showing on the tracking as lying in a hub for 3 days. They have been there since the early hours of Friday morning. ( 1.08 to be exact)
When I emailed them to ask them about the delivery they tell me they don't have to deliver on the requested and paid for delivery date!
I’m surprised to see one customer has actually got onto live chat! I certainly haven’t been able to.
I'm disgusted with these people.
