A colleague in the US ordered flowers on the 12 February for someone who was pretty ill.By Thursday 6th march they still hadn't been delivered so i chased them up. They offered to investigate it...but didn't! so on 13th March i complained again and was offered a refund and a complimentary bunch of flowers.Fine, supposed to arrive Friday and they offered a refund which was duly accepted. so, by today, 21 march, despite several promises from the alleged customer service manager, still no complimentary bunch. I can deal with the occasional mishap but i'm convinced they don't actually have any flowers! they just take your money and hope you don't complain. then when you do,the alleged customer service manager refuses to speak to you. Please steer clear from this company if your intention is to try and cheer someone up or send your condolences as you will be very disappointed. I'm sorry there is actually a star to give for terrible, i was hoping for none at all!
