I ordered and paid for flowers 2 weeks ago
and they were never delivered . I tried contacting
this awful company and requesting a refund but
every time they put me on hold and said they were
investigating and would report in due course. I think
this is their way to fob you off and not refund the money.
I probably would have to contact my credit card company
to obtain a refund.So beware DO NOT USE!!

Couldn't agree more.It's not the poor staff who do the donkey work here, it's the rubbish management who refuse to accept any responsibility but love to appear to be lording it up with Royalty whilst the poor guys on the ground get hammered by disgruntled customers. No accountability and no help for the teams. Don't go anywhere near this lot and if i were the staff i'd be sorely looking to move jobs.
