Request to send flowers for recognizing a funeral on December 11th. Still waiting for resolution of non-delivery on January 1st. have opened multiple "tickets" with no direct response to my enquiry. Have phoned overseas twice with promises of resolution and still no delivery. Have provided all information requested multiple times and still requesting delivery information already provided directly in response to e-mails, in on-line tickets and by phone.Totally unsatisfactory. On-line chat and tickets for problem resolution have no feedback or response. Could not be more frustrated or disappointed in a company. Have requested, several times, to share my experience with a customer rep...no one is working with me to satisfy a failed delivery order.

Good luck in getting this sorted I have sent 2 recorded delivery letters of complaint about the poor quality of roses and the service to their customer service department and managing director before Christmas (this has been ongoing since mid Nov) and still they have not the curtsey to reply. When phoning told the case is closed!
