I need to change the delivery address for flowers I ordered for a friend in New Zealand. After informing i florist over a week ago I have had NO response/reply, other than a meaningless automated acknowledgement, from this company despite my two emails (""tickets""), using their live chat(ha ha,no-one there) and many many attempts to phone them. They currently have almost £50 of my money and I dont even know if they plan to deliver my order to the correct address.
I have used this company once before ( again to NZ) and it was fine but now I find their disregard for their customers appalling and will be seeking further advice on the matter.
