I can't believe I gave them a 2nd chance! Pay the extra and go with InterFlora - more expensive, yes - but at least they deliver the flowers. This is the 2nd time I've been disappointed by iFlorist; after the first time they delivered some free flowers for me so I thought I'd just been unlucky - how wrong could I be. DON'T USE THEM! Perhaps their biggest problem is using Yodel for delivery (although I understand they're cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for). Very disappointed; I've been sending my mum flowers on her birthday for years and this year I thought I would use iFlorist - never again.
