Having ordered flowers for the delivery on Friday 25th October 2013 in time for my mothers birthday in Australia on Saturday October 26th, I am still waiting for this delivery to be made. Numerous emails and phone calls have been made and yet no progress made, No follow up call, no follow up email other than what seemed to be an automated response about them having to wait to contact the florist due to time difference. Given that the time difference is only 11 hours, the fact that i am still waiting some almost 3 weeks later, i find appalling! Their lack of regard for their customer i find incredibly disrespectful and rude and will not be using this company in the future.
