I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date, they were delivered 3 days before hand. The next day another delivery was sent to my friend, neither flower delivery was what I ordered, or expected for the price. My friend thought I'd lost the plot!
I raised this problem with the iflorist I have not received a satisfactory outcome, after several emails between us.
I am expected to write a letter of complaint to head office, and telephone them with the problem, surely being on line an email should suffice. Not happy with the level of customer service at all.
