I had flowers delivered on Tuesday evening and by Friday they were dead! Emailed iFlorist and the response was "you should have told us within 24-48 hours with picture, we can offer you £5 off your next order". I informed them only a day later than they stated and included a picture of the dead flowers..... These were a supposidly premium bunch of flowers which, had I not used a voucher to pay for them, would have cost £50, and lasted less than a cheap bunch you could buy in any supermarket. They were also not the same colours as shown on the website. Totally unacceptable and very poor quality product. I will not be using them again!
