I made a mistake when i placed my order. I put the wrong delivery date. I used the online IM service and was able to communicate my mistake. The IM conversation lasted in the region of 20min i was able to communicate whilst carry on with work in the office.
The Operator contacted the florist and made arrangements to have the flowers delivered the same day.I am at work in Indonesia and being away from home it is always difficult to make purchases and transactions. Was very easy here and good value.
