It is the first time I've used Iflorist UK, and definitely the last.
I had ordered a gift package to be delivered to a person important to me, and the scheduled delivery was supposed to be on December 6. It is now December 9, and still no word from Iflorist about the delivery of this order.
I have wasted time chatting with their "online support", only to hear that "the courrier is on his way" (that was three days ago!). When contacting them again yesterday, I was told that they are "getting in touch" with the courrier to find out more information. Apparently, the courrier is hard to reach, because until now they did not get back to me.
This is very disappointing and it is the last time I will use Iflorist.
By the way, if you try to cancel your order, you will see that it is almost impossible to do (check their website FAQ).
In short: DO NOT USE IFLORIST!
