It is always worrying when you want to know if flowers are going to be delivered on time as I have had a bad experience with interflora before.
I used the live chat with iflowers.com and got an immediate response together with friendly advice and a tracking link for Yodel. This certainly beats ringing on costly 0845 numbers only to be held in a queue so great service and will definitely use again.
