“Unfortunately slow delivery!”

I ordered some flowers in advance for my mother in laws birthday.

I ordered plenty in advance and made sure that it was obvious they were for a birthday.

They didn't arrived until 8pm at night -- after leaving the service centre (20 minutes away from her house) at 9.45 that morning!!

The flowers apparently looked a bit wilted on arrival, I guess after sitting in a van all day!

Very disappointed, when you order courier service you expect better!!

For a birthday as well, it would have been nice if they could have arrived earlier in the day!
