I ordered 4 wine hampers from this company, 3 were delivered on the promised date (chosen by me and within a few days of ordering) but due to a courier error the final hamper was delivered the following day. Customer services sorted the problem and were prepared to re-send another hamper if the original one did not turn up. Online support enabled good communication and a prompt response to my problem. The hampers are of good quality and securely packaged for safe delivery. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.
