This was the 1st time I had used the company and was a little anxious when my daughter still hadn't received her 21st birthday(!!!!) flowers by 3.30pm...but went onto the website and had a reply via chat from Nidhi but during our chat the flowers turned up and my daughter said they were FAB!!!!! Haven't seen them myself as she lives away from home but am waiting expectantly to see the photo......will certainly use the company again as the web site was very easy to use and the reply from query was dealt with very quickly.......
