I asked the iflorist customer support team to get my flowers to the deleivery adress a little earlier than i had booked. Sushant the assistant took time to understand and contacted the florist for me ensure this would happen.
I was very impressed by the short waiting time and fast responce of this service.
It maybe an idea in future to allow the customer some options of delievery times for either AM 9-1pm or PM 1-6pm?
