I was angry for my flowers to be very delayed for the second time in a row, but the customer representative Sushant was helpful and helped to compensate for the late delivery. I was set on never to deal with Iflorist.com again, as I lost faith in their reliability. But Sushant restored my faith, and I am grateful for that.
