“Not delivered on time!”

I have used this service before and it was great, but this time the order which I placed a week in advance did not arrive on the specified day. This is incredibly disappointing as the occasion for which the flowers were meant has now passed. A very helpful agent is looking into this for me, but whatever the outcome, the flowers will not have arrived on schedule.
