Used them many times and up until this last order they were reliable. On one previous occasion the delivery was made a day before requested but on this last occasion (yesterday, 10-Aug-2012) the delivery failed to arrive. I went online and was informed that due to a "technical error" the delivery was not made. I asked for a full refund which the online support person did not argue against. Yet to receive the money in my account but I do not expect any problems.
