ifllorist refused to acknowledge the fact that delivery failed. I have checked that i gave the right address etc and that they where not left with a neighbour - even then they should let you know. But iflorist are very difficult to communicate with as only operate through 'live chat' online and its like talking to a robot. They kept repeating that the flowers where delivered even though i checked and re-checked with the intended recipient. iflorist refuse to accept this and seeking a refund from them is very frustrating and so far unsuccessful. My emails have had no reply and the live chat just went dead after they told me 'they where delivered successfully'.
