My first time ordering online. Choosing and order processing was so simple. I wanted same day and all went well until asked whether I wanted free, premium or something else. I wasn't sure what the difference was but opted for free and completed my order. Checked T&C for delivery times and expected flowers to be there by 5pm.
I used chat to confirm that the order would be there the same day as one of the FAQ seemed to suggest premium service was needed for guarentee this.
Thankfully, chat quickly reassured me all was going to be fine.
I was quite anxious that after 5pm they had not been delivered. But chat chased the order and again reassured me that they were on their way. Some problem with the florist's van. Flowers arrived before 6pm. I would have given five stars if I'd been contacted to say that the flowers had been delayed.
