“Non delivery and non service”

Beyond terrible - do not deserve one star. Ordered a planted pot to be delivered to my sister-in-law in a care home. Never arrived on 4th January - gave them the benefit of doubt due to New Year holiday. It is now 11th January and still nothing has arrived. Have emailed, have even spoken to someone who told me they were trying to contact the florist - still no response ... no offer of refunding my money. Only responded to first email and now they don't bother. Were supposed to call me back this afternoon but still nothing from them ......
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONET ON THIS COMPANY
Have used other companies before and so wish I had gone to Marks and Spencers .......

Elaine149's Response to elaine149's Review

Update on above - a planted pot arrived finally late yesterday afternoon but nothing like what I ordered very poor substitute, could of brought same thing from off the side of the road for £10.00. The picture on the website shows a lovely miniature rose in a decorative bucket - ideal for a lady in a care home BUT what was hastily delivered was what looked like a secondhand wicker basket with 3 hyacinth bulbs in wood chippings and a pathetic strip of ribbon tied into a bow that could of been tied by a 3 year old. There is no way this arrangement can stay in my Sister-in-law's room as the smell of the hyacinths will be overwhelming. Think E-Florist or Teleflorist whatever they like to call themselves need to investigate the Florists they are using - TOTAL RIP OFF.
Still no word or email from the Company even though they promised to update me yesterday ......
