I ordered flowers for my 89 year old Grandma for Christmas, I am from Australia and sending Christmas gifts can be difficult, so flowers are perfect. In the delivery instructions I stated that the driver should be patient as it may take her some time to answer the door. I received an email stating that no one was home and a calling card was left (24th Dec). My Grandmother no longer goes out, obviously didn't wait around very long, no calling card was left, flowers turn up on 29th Dec mostly dead. When I send a complaint I was told they would need a photo, my Grandmother is 89, taking a photo and uploading to my facebook page may just be out of her capabilities. It doesn't take a scientist to work out that flowers delivered 5 days late are not in the condition they should be in. After advising my grandmother couldn't send me a photo and I was in Australia and not able to do so myself, the response, sorry nothing we can do!! Nothing we can do, happy to write a negative review on this company anywhere possible. Never ever will I order from them again. My 89 year old grandmother who misses us terribly, and who we miss terrible, got dead flowers for Christmas from her family overseas 5 days late, thanks for nothing!!!
