I don't usually complain but this is really special....ordered a week early for my grans birthday, on the day after the arrival time they told me they couldn't provide flowers and then only gave me half a refund. rang them back they were totally dumb and useless. managed to get my full refund but my gran had no compensation of any kind and getting hold of this company is terrible. They ignore you. Worst company I have EVER come across. Do not use.
