I have emailed four time in the past twenty five days, and the only response I got was addressed to the wrong person, and let me know that they were "investigating" my complaint - the complaint being that the flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday were delivered to a pile of trash on the side of her home, and she did not get them until I asked her about it a few days later. I can't get anyone to even respond to me, which is just unacceptable. I'm filing a complaint with my credit card company.
