My order placed through eflorist was not received on the delivery date and when I called the customer service helpline on the next day they were open (3 days after the delivery date), fortunately through a free landline number, the team at eflorist did not understand the problem and said they would look into where the flowers were. It was already 3 days after the delivery date and I could tell them that they were sitting in a depot (obviously by then dead) through looking at the tracking facility, but they paid no attention and told me they would call me back with a solution. I called 3 times over the next 3 days and each time they said this and each time didnt't call me back.
Finally 2 weeks later they conceded that the flowers probably weren't going to arrive in a fit state and said they would issue a refund. This refund took a further week to arrive.
Unimpressed and will not order through them again.
