I asked for some flowers for my cousins graduation to be delivered on 21.7.14. These did not arrive as requested even though eflorist were adamant they had been delivered. Infact, they had been sent to an address nearby and if it wasn't for the kind lady living there going out of her way, my cousin would never have received the flowers!! In addition to this error, the flowers were wilting!
When discussing this with the company, they refused to take any responsibility and again stated they had delivered them to the correct address. They have also so far refused to offer me a refund.
ATROCIOUS SERVICE!! DO NOT USE!!
