Where can you find a gift or a packaged that doesn't have the sender's name? Maybe if you chose it to be secret. But, in my case I am from the USA and ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend in the UK of course I want my name to be recognize by her. Here's the horrible fact... the flowers was delivered but with a different sender's name!!! I'm just glad that I called (paid additional international long distance rate) my girlfriend if she received anything that day. She then told me that it was sent by a person whom she doesn't know. I did the online chat with their customer service agent and explained to me that it was UK's law not to include the sender's name for protection?!?!?! I paid for it and I didn't even get the credit to be recognized by my girlfriend???... They told me that the name under the sender's name was one of their employee... that doesn't makes sense at all. If they really want to protect the sender then just leave the sender's information BLANK and don't put your employee's name. The customer service agent even agreed that it was not mentioned or explained on their website... So, who's fault it is??? It took me a hard time explaining to my girlfriend that it was me who sent it to her. I definitely will not use EFLORIST to order flowers again...
