Ordered flowers for my daughter's anniversary. They should have been delivered on Saturday but did not arrive until Monday. Sent an e-mail to ask why. Said they could not guarantee delivery on the chosen date. Even though they give you the choice of dates.
When they arrived the flowers had all dropped and were very dry. I bought a luxury bunch, but they were a very small bunch. Was not impressed. Will not be using teleflorist again.
Contacted teleflorist with a picture of the flowers and they agreed to a refund, which I have yet to receive (12 days since the refund was agreed)
