I ordered flowers for my sister on her birthday on 23/06 for a special birthday this week, and upgraded my bouquet . I had written confirmation from E Florist stating they would be delivered same day. Next day I received an email stating they hadn't been delivered, ad did I want a refund or for the flowers to sent out a day late ! It was too late and the birthday had been missed. They should have called me on the day to say they couldn't deliver so I could at least tell my sister I'd tried to sent them.
Lousy customer service, from a faceless organisation, even after I sent a further two emails, E Florist just paid the refund without as much as an apology. Don't use this company if you need good reliable service and don't want to be let down.
