I received a bunch of flowers for Mothers day with a vase that cost my son and his wife over £50. They ordered the flowers as it contained my favourite flower the white rose. When the bouquet arrived it contained the flower I hate the most Lillies and very cheap carnations. There were only 3 white roses in the whole bunch. My son and daughter in law complained and all we got was see the terms and conditions - If we dont have the flowers you choose we will send an alternative. In this day and age of internet and email surely a quick email to state they could not provide what is ordered would be much better and then you can have the choice of whether the alternative is at all suitable or not - Who are they to make the decision for you and then refuse to do anything about it when you are not happy.
