I ordered flowers with EFlorist on the 17th of March to be delivered on mothers day. Where one bunch arrived on the delivery date of the 29th March the other did not.
I contacted the company on the 30th of March and was advised that delivery can take 1-2 days and therefore despite stating at delivery date of the 29th, there was actually no guarantee that the flowers would be delivered on this date. I found this completely unacceptable and the statement that this is explained in the small print is simply a cop-out. Having said this I accepted this and was told the flowers would either be delivered that day (30th) or the next (31st).
However, the flowers have still not arrived by the (1st) and needless to say my mother-in-law is very upset. This is completely unacceptable. I have tried to call the company twice to discuss this and both times have been on hold for over 15 mins with no one answering.
