I paid £9.95 for a Mothers' Day delivery from eFlorist. They took my order and then sent me an email at 17:31 on Mothers' Day telling me that, "delivery has not been possible on the date you have selected".
What could I possibly do at that time on Mothers' Day to send flowers to my Mother?
If eflorist were unable to fulfill the order, why did they accept it?
This appears to me to be a company that takes orders without knowing that they can deliver. I suspect that may not even be legal and I will be pursuing the company through Trading Standards.
