If they didnt send the wrong flowers, then they substituted every single flower and plant in the bunch with something different.
Oh and they looked sh1t.
Would you spend 50 pounds on something, receive a completely different product and be happy? Didnt think so.
A courtesy phone could easily have solved the problem.
