I cannot believe how bad this company actually is. I'll keep this short and sweet.
A few months a go I ordered flowers which were delivered the day after I needed to and in HORRIBLE conditions. After unanswered emails and phone calls, i didn't receive not even a WE ARE SORRY, let alone a refund.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used e-florist again and surprise surprise...flowers haven't arrived yet. They will probably arrive on the wrong day and in horrible conditions too.
Do something wise customers, get in touch with REAL florists near wherever you need the flowers to arrive, THEY are REAL PROFESSIONALS.
E-florist: be ashamed.
