“Terrible service”

ordered flower for Valentine day delivery - they were not delivered! when trying to call there phone lines were conveniently down - emailed 3 times never got a response. Eventually got hold of them and they totally lied saying they had tried to deliver when this was not true and no card was ever left as they state on their website then struggled to get a refund as they wanted to re-try again to deliver 3 days after Valentines day! total joke but they were quick enough to take my money from my account!
