“Avoid! Terrible service and appalling quality”

I arranged a bouquet for my Mum's Birthday and was mortified when she received a very substandard arrangement. The arrangement did no way resemble the picture on the site. Some flowers were substituted for different colours which completely clashed with the other colours and when she unwrapped them, most of the flowers were so wilted they would not stand unaided. The flowers weren't dressed and had all the old scraggy brown leaves left on the base of the stems. You could buy better quality in a petrol station and I am sure any real florist would be embarressed to send out such a 'bouquet'. My Mum called them to complain and asked them to refund my card, this was not done and I had to chase the following day in order to get the refund done. Very poor customer service, not only for the original order but also for the after sales service. On speaking to a member of the sales team I was informed that they are preprepared arrangments and it is impossible to trace this back to whoever made it up, so therefore how can they ever guarantee a high level of quality?

I would strongly recommend you avoid this company if you wish your loved ones to receive a quality product.
