My son and daughter in law wanted to surprise my wife with a floral arrangement sent from the USA to the UK i was sent a picture of the arrangement it looked lovely and i was very pleased when the arrangement arrived the next day amazing speed ! What wasn't amazing was the monstrosity that arrived .the arrangement looked nothing like the lovely picture on their website , the arrangement was half dead and mostly leaves with odd flower in between . disgusting it looked like a monkey had put it together . The icing on the cake is that despite being guaranteed for 7 days of freshness as promised on their website they were dying within 2 days . the companies customer service is as poor as the quality of their product . I STRRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU ALL STEER CLEAR OF THESE ONLINE RIP OFF TRADERS . THEY FARM OUT THE PRODUCT TO LOCAL FLORISTS I WOULDN'T LET THIS LOT ARRANGE MY CUTLERY DRAW!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM
