I ordered flowers for my mum to arrive for same day delivery for her birthday and they failed to arrive even though I paid extra for the pleasure and there was no card or number left for my mum to contact back for a re-delivery. They told me they were very sorry and they would re deliver. They were re delivered later then expected the next day as my mum waited for them only to find they were the wrong colours, in a basket dyed a gruesome reddish colour all red and white flowers for a bouquet which should have been Vibrant with oranges, purples and greens. The whole thing was falling apart when it arrived. now I have asked for a refund it's all gone quiet surprise surprise. Never ever use this company, I did and wasted almost 40 pounds on a bouquet not even worth a fiver! I still want to be compensated...
