The flowers for my daughter's wedding arrived on Wednesday for our Saturday evening event. Instead of getting 250 yellow roses, we received 75 peach roses. When we called, we were informed our yellow roses were shipped to another bride. We were instructed to box the peach roses and take to a fedex shipping center where a label would be waiting. When we asked where these roses were going, we were informed they were going back to the "farm." We asked that our roses be shipped fresh from the farm, not redirected from the incorrect recipient, as 2 more days in July Nebraska heat would not provide a quality product. After much discussion with managers, Whole Blossoms agreed. We received numerous phone calls about shipping the incorrect roses back; we did not feel any urgency to do so as they were headed to the "farm". After a 4th phone call about shipping them, I went to the fedex address they provided. (With every phone call, we asked about our yellow roses and were assured they would be "farm fresh" not re-directed flowers!) This was the Masonic Temple, not a FedEx site. After 30 more minutes of calls, I was directed to a fedex site where a label was suppose to be waiting; no label. Another 30 minutes of calls and a label printed. It was to an apartment in Vermont, not a "farm" At 4:30, we were informed our flowers would be arriving the next day, but would be those that were misdirected to Vermont. If we wanted fresh, they would be here on Monday!!! Our only other option would be to cancel the order!!! We were lied to for 6 hours!!
The hydrangeas were beautiful that we ordered, but would not trust this company!! Every time we insisted on talking to a manager, they were always "in a meeting" I have been trying to contact the CEO without success. The yellow roses did arrive the next day and did look fine. Our temperatures were in the 70's instead of the usual 90's. God looked after us!!!
