Awful customer service!!! I have worked as a florist for years, and the flowers came a day early, (callas), but had tears and unbelievable creases in them! i was told that because they were attempted to be delivered at 11, and I received them at 7, that it would have an affect on the callas. Well, this was certainly not a hydration issues, and I have worked with callas many times, and they are fine even out of water for a substantial period of time! so i suppose that in 8 hours the petals start to tear themselves inside the box. ha. they wouldn't do ANYTHING for me except for have me send them back overnight at MY cost for shipping, AND an additional 35% restockng fee. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!
